Regular
Membership. Any person as a sole proprietor
or licensed in the practice of his profession,
corporation, partnership or any entity doing
business in the State of Illinois, having
an interest in the objectives of the organization
and expressing voluntary willingness to abide
by the prescribed ethics, rules and regulations
governing the conduct of good business, shall
be eligible to apply for regular membership. |
| B. |
Associate Membership.
Any person in the State of Illinois
having an interest in the objectives of the
organization and believes that the organization
can serve as training ground for future business
entrepreneurship, may apply for associate
membership. An associate member enjoys all
the rights and privileges of a regular member,
except the right to vote. |
| C. |
Institutional Membership.
Any private corporation doing business
in the United States and/or Philippines, or
any institution having an interest in the
objectives of the organization and expressing
voluntary willingness to abide by the prescribed
ethics, rules and regulations governing the
conduct of good business, shall be eligible
to apply for membership. The Board of Directors
shall vote to approve the corresponding application
for membership. Any such institutional member
admitted will be vested with all the rights
of regular members except the right to vote.
The Board of Directors may, by a majority
vote, revoke such membership for cause. The
Board of Directors sets annual membership
fees. |
| D. |
Honorary Membership.
Distinction in business or government
and public affairs shall confer eligibility
to honorary membershiep. Honorary members
shall have all the privileges of members,
except the right to vote, and shall be exempt
from the payment of dues. The Board of Directors
shall confer or revoke honorary membership
by a majority vote. |
